YouTube/Google SPAM - If you happened to wake up to see an email apparently from Google, don’t click on anything. If you check out the link by hovering over any linked text, you’ll see it’s going to a Brazilian .br domain.
I haven’t bothered to click, but have a feeling it’s something phishy. Just a friendly reminder to keep your guard up. Anybody else getting these recently?
Google recently placed an Easter egg within their “I’m Feeling Lucky” button on the main search page. Mousing over the button cycles the choice to serve up one of the many services from the Google arsenal like Insights, Doodles and Games; even obscure projects like the very cool World Wonders Project.

Yeah this is nutty but the future is here. Hopefully when you’re wearing this tech, you don’t “hmm” to yourself all the time like the dude in this video. </snark>
Check out Google’s new project their working on. Pretty cool stuff. Boy Technology is really advancing.

30 Days of Creativity: Day 4 on Flickr.
Since I am predisposed to pay attention to geeky news, particularly Apple announcements, I wondered if the general population also paid attention.
Apple held their annual World Wide Developers Conference (WWDC) in the first week of June where Steve Jobs unveiled the not so secret cloud service, iCloud.
But so what? Did anyone pay attention? Using Google’s timesucking “Insights” tool, I compared cloud serving terms from Apple, Amazon, Google and Microsoft to see how they compared. The results aren’t even close.
“conquesting” in the world of advertising is a lovely euphemism for “being an asshole.”
